Following quite the lead-up, XXL has released the full mixtape for its 2013 Freshmen class, rounding up several of hip-hop's up-and-comers to present was the publication deems the most promising prospects in rap.
Hosted by DJ Drama, the 17-track tape features new tracks from such MCs as Joey Bada$$, Schoolboy Q, Logic, Trinidad Jame$, Kirko Bangz, Ab-Soul and Travi$ Scott. There's also an interesting Canadian connection via Angel Haze's contribution, which punches up Purity Ring's Shrines track "Lofticries."
