Red Truck Brewing's Truck Stop Concert Series is set to roll into East Vancouver for its third straight year this summer, and organizers have now revealed the initial lineup for this year's event.

The first instalment of the summer concert series at the Red Truck Brewery (295 E 1st Ave.) will feature a synth-pop-themed bill headlined by Cut Copy on June 17, with support from Youngblood and Band of Rascals.

The July 15 lineup sees a focus on country and Americana with a lineup featuring Drake White & the Big Fire, the Dungarees, the Chris Buck Band, Kristen Bunyan and Sykamore.

On August 12, the series will close things out with a funk-themed bill headed up by Lee Fields & the Expressions, Vince Vaccaro and Real Ponchos.

And since this is just the initial announcement, more artists will be announced in the lead-up to the event.

"The Truck Stop Concert Series is the highlight of our summer," Red Truck Brewing general manager Jim Dodds said in a statement. "What could be better than throwing parties for thousands of thirsty music fans at our East Vancouver home?"

General admission tickets to each show are $35 each and will be on sale April 21 at 10 a.m. local time. For further information on ticketing, head to the Truck Stop Concert Series' official website.
