CanCon hard rockers Triumph currently have a documentary in the works about their career, but that's not all. This year, they've been announced as the official ambassadors of Record Store Day Canada.

The special retail event will see Triumph rep it hard, not only on social media but also with a special expanded 40th anniversary reissue of their 1981 album Allied Forces.

The special Round Hill Records reissue will be a box set packed with goodies. It will include a picture disc of the original Allied Forces, a double LP of their Live in Cleveland set from 1981, a 7-inch single featuring a 2021 tribute version of "Allied Forces" and "Magic power," a 24-page booklet, a special 11 x 17 poster, a "retro tour pass" and plenty of other goodies.

The Allied Forces box set will arrive on June 12, while Record Store Day takes place on June 12 and July 17.
