Treat Yourself to New Tunes by Black Mold, Memory Cassette and More in Click Hear

&csid2Following another week of tune scavenging, Exclaim!'s musical treasure hunters have assembled a new selection of freshly served tracks in the daily concoction we like to call Click Hear.

First, we offer up a taste of Winnipeg's Lytics as they deliver a hip-hop love ballad about a b-girl on "Big City Sound Girl." Then things get a bit eerie with Chad VanGaalen's alter-ego, Black Mold, the Calgary songwriter's circuit-bending electronic side-project.

The digital vibe continues with Memory Cassette's remix EP, Calls and Responses, which, with a little help from CFCF, would make Axel Foley proud. And wrapping things up is Fucked Up's Ben Cook with his solo project, Young Governor, which is full of static guitars, dominating bass riffs and one addictively repetitive chorus.
