Houston rapper Travi$ Scott has offered up an interesting juxtaposition on his new single "Don't Play," which sees him working with both Big Sean and Manchester rock act the 1975.
After a sung intro, the song breaks into a radio-ready hip-hop anthem that's at once unique and familiar, pairing a regal harpsichord with some hyperactive trap drums. It's an interesting sonic palette, and one that works well with the rappers' verses.
