Between Fucked Up's Long Winter and Jason Collett's Basement Revue, Torontonians already have some star-studded concerts to check out this holiday season. This includes the annual What's in the Box festival, which returns with five nights of performances at the Drake Hotel later this month.

This event will round out 2012 with nightly events running from December 26 to December 30. Each show will feature five bands, and cover costs just $5. Among the stellar performers are Zeus, Badbadnotgood, Dusted (led by Brian Borcherdt of Holy Fuck), Moon King, Luke Lalonde (of Born Ruffians), July Talk, Foxes in Fiction, Shigeto, Sandman Viper Command, Beliefs, and Skeletones Four.

In addition to these artists, the series will include DJ sets from Diamond Rings and Austra's Katie Stelmanis. A few bands have yet to be announced, but you can see the bulk of the schedule over at the Drake's website.

The Drake is also hosting an art exhibit called Dream Chasers, which you can learn more about here.
