Now that we're into April, warm weather is finally in sight, and Toronto music fans will soon be able to welcome the sunny months ahead with the latest instalment of the Toronto Thaw festival. This event runs for four nights from May 1-4 at a handful of venues in the city.
Among the artists on board for Toronto Thaw Three are Slim Twig, Beliefs, Absolutely Free, the Soupcans, Young Mother, Breeze, Tarantula X and more. Each night, the festival will descend on a new venue, with shows taking place at Izakaya, Black Box Theatre, Rancho Relaxo and Comfort Zone.
The shows cost $10 a pop, with each one presented by a different organization (Telephone Explosion Records, Weird Canada, Hand Drawn Dracula, etc.).
