Since the end of September, Psychedelics: The Experiential Exhibition — Canada's first immersive art show exploring the past, present and future of psychedelics — has transformed Toronto's Lithuanian House into an engaging and educational audio-visual journey through 12,000 square feet of installations by over 25 internationally acclaimed artists.

The three-floor exhibition guides viewers through curated spaces, illuminating different psychedelic substances throughout history — from the psychoactive brew consumed in the Eleusinian Mysteries of Ancient Greece to ayahuasca's role Indigenous religious ceremonies in South America, and, more recently, the Acid Tests experimentation of the "psychedelic '60s" through to LSD's current role in mental health therapy.

Psychedelics have long been linked with music's creation and enjoyment, as is reflected by the exhibition's special events programming. Wednesdays through Sundays until the end of December will include Live Music Fridays with performances by Mother Tongues, Neon Bloom, Framboise, Electric Meat, Dopamine Dream and house band Tobacco Sunburst, plus Vinyl Thursdays in the Acid Test Room, a drum circle, film screenings and more.

"We're seeing significant change in the way psychedelic substances are used and perceived. The testimonials are undeniable: patients with serious mental health conditions like PTSD, depression, anxiety or addiction are trying psychedelic therapies — when nothing else has worked — and reporting life-altering benefits," James Drayton, the producer of Psychedelics: The Experiential Exhibition, said in a statement. "My goal with the show is to, first and foremost, provide guests with an entertaining and eye-opening experience. My hope is that it also encourages learning, dialogue, and ultimately, destigmatization."

Tickets to expand your mind are available here, running at $30 for adults and children over the age of 13. Kids aged 3 to 12 get in for $25, while younger children can attend for free. During peak times (Fridays and Saturdays from 7 to 9 p.m.), tickets are $35 each.
