Toronto's BIG on Bloor Festival returns to its home city for its 19th year this summer. Scheduled for July 19 to 20, the free festival will run throughout the Bloordale neighbourhood from Bloor Street West, Dufferin to Landsdowne.

In the spirit of this year's theme, BIZARRE, the festival will be showcasing local artists, small businesses and diverse cultural groups to highlight their unique creativity, while also encouraging participants to embrace their individuality. Curated by festival director Darren Leu, the theme is also a reflection of the "eclectic spirit of the community, celebrating the differences and idiosyncrasies that make it special."

Made possible by the Bloordale BIA, the festival will also feature performances, food and craft stalls, concerts, workshops, and markets, as well as several art installations, murals and window exhibitions created in partnership with local exhibitors.

The full schedule, as well as this year's lineup, has yet to be revealed. More information is available on the festival's website
