A press release describes Tornado Wallace's new single as a "kaleidoscopic sonic gem," and his new video for "Kangaroo Ground" interprets that "kaleidoscopic" sound quite literally.
While the seven-minute dance cut thumps and squelches, we see a kaleidoscope-like swirl of shapes (along with the watermark from Beats in Space Records). For the first couple of minutes it's in black and white, but it then explodes into colour and we see some spiders amidst the abstractions.
