Montreal indie popsters TOPS are the latest to sign with the city's growing label Arbutus Records (also home to Exclaim! cover star Grimes), and they've just released a new video for "Rings of Saturn."
The clip was directed by Jasper Baydala and shot on a Betacam in the group's hometown, instantly creating a retro feel to the visuals. The dreamy tune appears on the TOPS' debut LP Tender Opposites, which came out yesterday (February 28) on Arbutus.
