Albany, NY's Titanics started back in 2012 with Mark Lombardo cutting demos in his parents shed. But since the addition of Derek Rogers on guitar, they've honed their collaborative sound as a dream pop duo.
Following up their 2013 debut Soft Treasure, the two-piece have just released their latest single "Terrain." It's an airy pop jam, blending woozy synths, punchy guitar lines and Lombardo's hazy, falsetto vocals. It comes backed by B-side "Pressure/Fade" which slows things down a bit and goes instrumental, but nevertheless retains Titanics' dreamy, self-described as "tranquilpop" sound.
The single is officially out now, and you can stream both new tracks in the player below.
