Age-appropriate Abel stars alongside Squid Game's HoYeon Jung, as well as his talk-radio host voice-from-the-ether (and member of the Hollywood no-longer cool club) Jim Carrey, who appears as some sort of medical professional following Tesfaye and Jung's night-long karaoke session.
The idea of a procedure to "be healed, forgiven, and refreshed, free from all trauma, pain, guilt, and shame / you may even forget your own name," — as Carrey purrs — is definitely giving off Severance vibes — hell, there's even an elevator.
