This weekend marks the return of Major League Baseball, so it only makes sense that the Strokes would treat "Ode to the Mets," a standout from their recent album The New Abnormal, to a new music video.
The baseball reference pretty much ends with the title, however. Instead, the video was directed by longtime Strokes collaborator Warren Fu and offers an endless zoom-out through myriad fascinating rooms. It's better experienced than described.
