Playground Games and Xbox Games Studios' much-anticipated Forza Horizon 5 is arriving November 9, and each week leading to its release, we'll be highlighting one of our favourite artists featured on the game's soundtrack.

This week's Forza Featured Track is "Everything You Are," the pulsing, fluorescence-streaked single from L.A.'s Midnight Kids. The big-dreaming electronic artist crafts night-ride anthems soaked in neon and nostalgia, with enormous synths and plush soundscapes capturing the rush of adventure. His most recent release is the synth-saturated The Lost Youth EP, which takes a knack for heart-pounding rave-ups to even bigger places.

Midnight Kids' inclusion on the Forza Horizon 5 soundtrack is a piece of total synergy, with the serotonin rush of "Everything You Are" mirroring the game's high-speed escapades. As a long-time Forza fan, Midnight Kids says that appearing on the game's soundtrack is a childhood fantasy come to life, and a full-circle reminder of the hours spent playing the game.

"Having a song on the Forza soundtrack is literally a dream come true, and is something I've wanted since I was around 14 years old," he says. "The Forza games always had immaculate, energetic soundtracks and it felt like any song in the soundtrack became associated with fond memories and nostalgia. Having the chance for that same experience to be taken away from Midnight Kids music being in game for anyone playing is all I could really ask for."

When asked to describe the perfect non-digital road trip — and the music he'd take along with them — Midnight Kids lands on the mountains of Washington, with fellow Forza Horizon 5 featured artist CloudNone's "Dizzy Lifted" soundtracking the journey.
