London, ON duo the Marrieds are gearing up to deliver their latest record Fire in the Flame, but before the new album arrives, Exclaim! has your exclusive first look at a brand new video for "Fingers Crossed."

The album hears the couple of Jane Carmichael and Kevin Kennedy sharing human stories set to music — exploring real-life experiences that range from illness to love to growing old through song.

"Fingers Crossed" is an optimistic orchestral folk number that reminds listeners that "there's something better out there." The accompanying video features Carmichael and Kennedy performing the soft, affecting song in the cozy setting of a barn, interspersed with shots of another young couple silently expressing their complicated feelings for each other.

Watch the emotional clip in the player below, before Fire in the Flame arrives in full on June 4. The video was shot and directed by Alex Sworik and produced by Echelon Creative Studio.
