Toronto punks the Cardboard Crowns are about to hit the road for a fall tour, but before they leave, they've unleashed a brand new video for "Tired."
The track appears on the band's latest LP Hold On, and the accompanying clip is all too familiar to any young band hustling to make a living doing music. In it, the band grow frustrated with their always-empty fridge, too-high-to-pay rent and inability to hold down part-time jobs, turning instead to a life of manning a lemonade stand.
It's not the most friendly or financially sound profession, but at least the flexible hours let the bandmates make it to their gigs on time. If you'd like to see them in action yourself, their next gig is lined up for November 24 at the Supermarket in Toronto.
