The Barr Brothers have announced an upcoming concert series dubbed "An Album Nightly," which will see the group revisit past albums on the live stage.
They'll play all three of their albums chronologically across three nights, first in Toronto on February 28, March 1 and March 2, then in Montreal on March 7, march 8 and March 9.
Each set of shows will begin with 2011's The Barr Brothers, followed by 2014's Sleeping Operator and closed out with last year's Queens of the Breakers.
"Nostalgia, as a loose rule, is generally an impulse we try to avoid, or at least rely on sparingly," the band said in a statement. "But when the reality sets in that a decade's worth of music has gone down on our watch, and to have seen it unfold with the help of our amazing family of musicians and the support of such a giving audience as yourselves, we feel it's a good time to look back and acknowledge the path we've traveled."
In addition to the upcoming "An Album Nightly" series, the Barr Brothers are currently on the road supporting the Milk Carton kids and will play a number of other shows in the coming months.
