Terminals Terminals
Published Oct 25, 2008
Many bands struggle to revive and revisit the raunchy attitude of formative punk rock. Few manage to hit it square in the face with the potency, vehemence and raucousness of Torontos Terminals. Snotty and simplistic while still being highly entertaining, their loose attack and enthusiastic gusto translate perfectly from a live setting to this 14-track collection of booze-fuelled three-chord abandon. From the overbearing speed and thrash of opener "Wrong Again through to the strangely catchy chorus of "Rapehound and "New York Girls, this randy trio know how to get a point across while still ensuring the enjoyment factor runs untouchably high.
