"Cornelia Street" is one of Taylor Swift's best songs — and now you too could rent a house Cornelia Street and say so casually in the car. Swift's former NYC townhouse is up for rent, and it costs $45,000 USD per month.

That's right — the actual rental is way, way less quaint than Swift makes it sound in the song from 2019's Lover, which is described as an apartment with creaks in the floor. She sang about hanging out "barefoot in the kitchen," but neglected to mention the indoor swimming pool!

The townhouse is located at 23 Cornelia Street in Manhattan's West Village, and it apparently cost $38,000 per month back in 2016 when Swift rented it while her Tribeca penthouse was being renovated. Built in 1870 as a carriage house, it has four bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths and no less than three gas fireplaces. The song also mentions sitting on the roof, which is made possible by a rooftop terrace.
