Stereolab fans may still be waiting on some new reissues following a recent disappointing vinyl campaign, but the band's Tim Gane is offering up a new project to keep the diehards entertained. His Berlin-based three-piece band Cavern of Anti-Matter will release their debut album Void Beats/Invocation Trex on February 19 via Duophonic.

The group comprises Gane, Joe Dilworth of Th' Faith Healers (and formerly of Stereolab) and Holger Zapf. In addition to the regular lineup, though, Cavern of Anti-Matter have roped in some high-profile musical cameos for the forthcoming full-length. Bradford Cox of Deerhunter, Sonic Boom of Spacemen 3 and Jan St. Werner of Mouse on Mars will all appear on the record.
