After a month of hints and cryptic teasers, we finally learned full details of Spoon's upcoming album Hot Thoughts yesterday (January 16). Now, Britt Daniel and co. have unleashed the first sonic sampling from the upcoming LP.
Appropriately enough, it's the opening and title track that has arrived first, and you can hear it in the player below. It's also available to stream or digitally purchase over here.
The Austin group have also revealed a hometown residency that's sure to be a highlight of the upcoming SXSW festival. They'll take over the Main (a.k.a. Emo's) on March 14, 15 and 16.
