Rockabilly-tinged alt-country unit Slim Cessna's Auto Club will release their next record, The Commandments According to SCAC on September 2, and they've announced plans to take the new tunes on the road this fall.
The string of shows kicks off in Omaha and will weave its way into Canada for four dates at the end of November. After stops in Hamilton, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal, the group will head back stateside, eventually wrapping it all up in Austin on December 10. You can find the full list of gigs below.
Adding to the anticipation for the upcoming album and tour, Slim Cessna's Auto Club have unveiled a brand new video for "Commandment 7." It was directed by the band's Lord Dwight Pentacost and finds a shaky camera documenting the sinister goings on in an antique dollhouse. Slim Cessna himself and Munly Munly also star in the clip.
