Following up this year's ominous Weapon, industrial pioneers Skinny Puppy have announced that they will take aim at North America next year for a winter tour.

The band revealed their travel plans this week, explaining that their "Shapes for Arms" trip will make its way into venues between January and March. There are three Canadian dates on the schedule, including stops in Montreal and Toronto. A hometown gig in Vancouver is also set to take place February 28 at the Commodore Ballroom. You'll find all the show info down below.

As previously reported, Skinny Puppy's latest finds the band ruminating on the glorification of gun culture, with the band having previously stated that it features "lyrics that reflect our mass homogenization of an instrument of death into an entertainment centerpiece."

Exclaim!'s review of the album noted that it delivers "a sense of sonic discomfort," and that the abrasive LP was "delightful and disturbing all at once."
