Being so close to the Sasquatch! Festival always works out in Vancouverites' favour, since many of the acts performing at the U.S. event also take the opportunity to make the brief excursion up into Canada. This includes Sigur Rós, who have announced a Vancouver show this spring.
Just after the Icelandic dream-weavers perform at Sasquatch! on May 25, they will make their way to Lotusland on May 27. They will play just outside the city, at Burnaby's Deer Lake Park.
Tickets go on sale this Friday (March 1) at 10 a.m. local time through Ticketmaster. Limited early bird tickets cost $45, while standard price tickets are $55.
