Sharon Van Etten will release her album Are We There on May 27 via Jagjaguwar, and she's now given her previously unveiled track "Taking Chances" a lyric video.
The clip that accompanies this gradually building, drum-machine-anchored track is a fairly simple one, as we watch a hand writing out the lyrics in time with the vocals. As the clip progresses, we see more hands enter, and the sheet of paper becomes messy with layers of writing and watercolour drips.
This isn't the proper music video for "Taking Chances," since that will follow in due course.
