Chi-town native Rockie Fresh came off a monumental 2013, having released two solo mixtapes and last month's Fresh Veggies collaboration with Casey Veggies, so the MMG-affiliated rapper should have plenty of recent material to pull from when he joins New Orleans spitter G-Eazy's "These Things Happen" tour.
Fresh's participation in the North American trip was announced today (January 15), confirming through his website that he and G-Eazy will be on the road together from the end of February up until April. Naturally, the bulk of the continent-crossing trek takes place beneath the U.S./Canada border, but up north appearances have been booked for clubs in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.
Tickets for the shows go on sale this Friday (January 17), and you can check out all the specifics via the itinerary down below.
To celebrate today's announcement, Fresh has hopped on a remix of G-Eazy's 2013 single "Been On." The track also features an appearance from Tory Lanez, and you can sample all three in action via the stream down below.
While Fresh is coming off the release of Fresh Veggies, as well as his own Electric Highway and The Birthday Tape freeleases, G-Eazy is apparently grooming his These Things Happen studio LP for a 2014 release.
