Radiohead's New Album Could Be Imminent with the Launch of a New Publishing Company

Stadium-sized art rockers Radiohead have been dropping surprise albums since 2007, back when it was called "pulling a Radiohead" and not "pulling a Beyoncé." In Rainbows and The King of Limbs were both delivered on the sly, and now the band's long-awaited ninth studio album might see a similar fate.

Consequence of Sound has found some Radiohead Reddit sleuths who just may have cracked the code.

Back in October 2015, Radiohead established a new company called Dawn Chorus LLP. When they launched their last two surprise albums, they made similar moves. In Rainbows was handled by Xurbia Xendless Ltd., while The King of Limbs came with it the launch of Ticker Tape Ltd.

In both previous cases, the companies were founded approximately three months before Radiohead's surprise album drop. As such, if they're following the same, now predictable "surprise" pattern as before, the new album could drop any day now.

Adding to the speculation, the Reddit inspectors also found an interview with Thom Yorke in 2009, where he admitted that his favourite current song was one called "Dawn Chorus."
