R. Kelly Brings Out Interactive 'Trapped In the Closet' Soundboard

Not known as one to turn down a marketing opportunity, R&B singer R. Kelly has announced he's added yet another avenue to promote his bizarre and beloved "hip-hopera" Trapped in the Closet via the introduction of an interactive soundboard.

Titled, obviously, "Trapped in the Soundboard," the web page collects a number of dialogue snatches and zingers from the cast of the multi-chaptered epic, from protagonist Sylvester and his buddy Twan, to Pimp Lucius, Rosie, Rufus, the Reverend Mosley James Evans and more. If you were hoping to prank your friends with clips of Sylvester talking about the midget in the cabinet, than you've just struck gold.

There's a catch to the promotion, however, in that you'll have to cough up some love over a series of social media platforms to access all 20 sound clips. You'll have to give Kelly and the Trapped series separate likes on Facebook, and follow the singer on Twitter, among other requirements.

Since starting up on Kels' 2005 set TP.3 Reloaded, "Trapped in the Closet" has spun off over 30 video installments, with more on the way, and has been teased to appear as a Broadway musical and a book. The singer had previously promised that "Trapped in the Closet is pretty much forever."
