Purity Ring Announce 'Shrines' Full-Length, Reveal Album Art and Single

Originally conceived as a side-project of Edmonton group Born Gold, duo Purity Ring have developed into a massive force in modern electronic pop. After announcing a deal with 4AD and Canadian imprint Last Gang, Purity Ring have dropped more information on their debut album.

According to the band's Twitter, the highly anticipated release is called Shrines, and as predicted by the date on their website it will be released on July 24. The album art for the release is available above.

While we await more details on Shrines, album track "Obedear" can be downloaded here and streamed below.

The group also has a decent batch of upcoming tour dates, including a stop at NXNE and a tour with Dirty Projectors. All upcoming shows are available below with many more to be confirmed soon.
