Little Dipper Records — the label of Toronto pop-punk sweethearts PUP — has announced the release of a new charity photography book titled To the Front Vol. 1: Black Lives Matter. The work is out tomorrow (July 29) via Little Dipper's art store.
To the Front, an established pop-up art collective from Erica Lauren Perez and Courtney Coles, are marking their first-ever physical release with their new photo zine, which they describe as a collection of work from "women and non-binary photographers, writers, and artists who have been doing great work in the punk and hardcore communities across North America."
All proceeds from the zine will go towards Summaeverythang Community Center in Los Angeles and Toronto's Black Women in Motion.
With its cover design by Kat Nijmeddin and layout by Jules Noel, the new collaboration was facilitated by members of PUP, as well as photographer Amanda Fotes.
