PUP impressed us last year with their excellent self-titled record, and now the punky Toronto band are preparing to release it internationally on April 8 through SideOneDummy Records. In anticipation for the big day, they have shared a video for "Lionheart."
The song is one of the brighter, poppier tunes from the album, and the accompanying video captures this sense of fun by showing a basement party playing out in a single fast-forward shot. We see someone get turned into a mummy with toilet paper, revelers shotgunning beers, a keg stand, crowd surfing, a game of Edward Fortyhands, and a guy graphically spewing chunks, along with much more. There's even a time stamp to let us know how much time has elapsed.
Watch it below.
