Funky alt-rockers Primus turned to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for inspiration on their latest album, but now they've taken their Wonka-induced whimsy to a whole new level. The band are giving away golden tickets that will grant winners free Primus concert tickets for life.
Primus and the Chocolate Factory hits shelves tomorrow (October 21) via ATO, with five special copies of the chocolate-coloured vinyl containing the winning tickets.
The reunited original lineup of the band previously revealed the oddball single "Golden Ticket," but it seems to make a lot more sense now.
You can check out a colourful, candy-filled clip of the special records being pressed below to prepare for the golden tick hunt. Just don't get too greedy or you might get sucked into a chocolate tube or turn into a giant blueberry.
