Pierre Kwenders is a little under a month away from delivering his sophomore effort MAKANDA at the End of Space, the Beginning of Time, and before the new disc arrives, he's shared two new tracks from the effort.
Both the Kae Sun- and Tanyaradzwa-assisted "La La Love" and "Tuba Tuba" can be heard in the players below. Though they are indeed two different tracks, Kwenders explained that the pair of songs share much more than meets theeye ear.
"'La La Love' is a love anthem," Pierre explained in a statement. "Everybody needs love. We can't get enough of it. Life is short. Let's enjoy it and dance. No need to bother with what others say. Live and let live, that's the spirit of 'Tuba Tuba.' These two songs meet in the spirit of celebration, that of love and life."
As previously reported, MAKANDA arrives September 8 through Bonsound and finds Kwenders working alongside SassyBlack (THEEsatisfaction), Ishmael Butler (credited as Palaceer Lazaro) and Fly Guy Dai.
