A Perfect Circle Issuing Live Box Set

The promise of a new A Perfect Circle album has left fans hanging for over two years now, but while the LP may not be on its way anytime soon, the dark rockers will issue a live box set this fall. Titled A Perfect Circle Live: Featuring Stone and Echo, it arrives November 26 through the group's own A Perfect Circle Entertainment.

A press release explains that the package will include four audio CDs and a DVD of Stone and Echo, a full-length concert film captured at the band's performance on August 11, 2011, at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. An audio CD of the live set will also be included.

Also packaged in the box is a multi-disc collection called Trifecta, which features live versions of the band's three studio LPs (2000's Mer de Noms, 2003's Thirteenth Step and 2004's eMOTIVe), as recorded during the band's 2010 series of "three-night, full-album performances." The live set also features performances of "By and Down," "Ashes to Ashes" and "Diary of a Love Song."

A tracklisting has not yet been made available to confirm exactly when and where the performances are from, but the tour hit Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, Las Vegas and San Francisco.

A Perfect Circle Live: Featuring Stone and Echo comes housed in a "custom-made media book" featuring pictures and artwork, and other ephemera to be found inside includes a series of five lithographs (one being signed by the band's Maynard James Keenan and Billy Howerdel), a custom-made sculpted resin frame, and a guitar pick designed by Howerdel.

You can pre-order the set form the band here.
