The Pains of Being Pure at Heart are riding high in the wake of their sophomore album Belong, which beefed up the band's sound with help from producer Flood and mixer Alan Moulder. Now, the Brooklyn fuzz pop darlings are getting set to promote the record by expanding their summer tour plans.
Starting in June, the group will head to Europe, where they will play shows until mid-July. They will then return to North America for a brief jaunt that includes two Canadian shows: at Osheaga in Montreal on July 31 and at the Opera House in Toronto on August 2. There are also several U.S. dates along the way.
