Toronto post-punk unit Outer Rooms delivered their debut LP Worldless Fantastic last summer, and they're already gearing up to release the follow-up. Before the band officially drop Even in the Cannon's Mouth, though, Exclaim! is giving you a preview of the sophomore album with the premiere of its title track.
The upcoming LP was recorded with producer Jeff McMurrich over the course of five days this past May, and stands as a "raw, faithful document" of the band's live shows. The new set of songs addresses the "daily flood of sickness, violence, and numbing everyday concerns" permeating modern media, and emphasizes the importance of human connection amidst the chaos.
