There's a time and a place for music practice. Getting together with some friends in your jam space to bash out some tunes? Awesome. Getting charged for playing flute with both hands while driving? Not so much.

This stranger-than-fiction incident happened in Burlington, ON. The Halton Regional Police Service tweeted on Wednesday (October 20) that a traffic officer had stopped a car for distracted driving. They expected to find a phone, but were surprised to discover he was playing the flute with both hands while driving.

He was apparently playing along with a song on an iPod. It's absolutely imperative that we find out what song he was playing along with.

The driver has been charged.
