No Gold Announce Canadian Tour

BY Gregory AdamsPublished May 27, 2011

While earlier this year, spacey yet tropical Vancouver poppers No Gold finally issued their long-delayed, "unclassifiably brilliant" self-titled debut, not many people outside of Vancity have had a chance to catch the band in concert since its release. That's all about to change, though, as the group have announced a cross-Canada trip.

A recent Facebook post from guitarist Jack Jutsen confirms that the blissfully chilled-out act will be making their way across the country this June. The tour kicks off with a hometown gig at the Waldorf Hotel as part of Music Waste and will find No Gold hitting up a number of festivals along the way.

On top of some regular club gigs, the trio are scheduled to play some shows at NXNE in Toronto and will also appear at Calgary's Sled Island festival. Apparently the troupe loves Edmonton, as they will be playing the city's Wunderbar on both ends of the trip. Check out the details below.
