Search engine un-optimized Los Angeles six-piece NO recently signed with Arts & Crafts, and they will release their debut album, El Prado, on February 18. In the meantime, the collection is available to stream in Canada on Exclaim.ca.

The album was self-produced, with mixing handled by Billy Bush (Tegan & Sara, Foster the People, Jake Bugg) and mastering by Joe LaPorta (Beach House, the Weeknd, Vampire Weekend). The results are wide in scope, with 13 tracks spanning 54 minutes. Opener "Leave the Door Wide Open" sets the cinematic tone with deep crooning and a swelling rock arrangement; the rest of the collection is similarly dramatic, with arrangements built around big build-ups and grandly urgent melodies.

As previously reported, NO are touring North America in the coming weeks with some of their Arts & Crafts labelmates. See the schedule here.
