The Summer's End

BY Greg PrattPublished May 1, 2002

This band from Connecticut plays a simple, mid-everything hardcore that borders on metal, but really just occupies the limbo in between the two genres. It's just so blah - screamy vocals, mosh parts, bad metal and an overabundance of emotion that doesn't really work somehow. Six songs of complete "middle of the road" coma-core, which may be amplified in intensity slightly by a convincing live performance, but until then, caveat emptor.
