Having already applied their scoring skills to the Jeff Bridges-starring heist film Hell or High Water earlier this year, Nick Cave and Warren Ellis have announced their involvement with National Geographic's six-part series Mars.
The soundtrack, the tracklisting for which you can find below, arrives November 11 through Milan Records. The duo have also shared opener "Mars Theme" [via Pitchfork], which features vocals from Cave.
Mars tells the story of the first mission to the Red Planet, set in 2033. The series is directed by Everardo Gout and is produced by Ron Howard and Brian Grazer. The first episode of Mars is set to air on November 14 at 9 p.m. EDT.
