Vancouver punk crew Nervous Talk feature past and current members of bands like Timecopz, B-Lines and the Moby Dicks. On their debut 7-inch Introductions, however, they sound like their entirely own entity.
The three-song EP is packed with hooks galore, but it's not all melody. Instead, the band demonstrate a ton of punk attitude with distorted guitar leads and Joel Butler's versatile vocals. Introductions is an excellent first impression from Nervous Talk.
