Morrissey Shares New Single Artwork

Though we're not even halfway through, May has been a whirlwind month for pop provocateur Morrissey. The artist has beefed with bands, had some onstage troubles and been considered for a biopic. It was nearly enough for us to forget that he actually, you know, makes music, but now Moz has shared details for a new single.

Via the True to You blog, Morrissey revealed the single artwork for his new song "World Peace Is None of Your Business." As the title track from his upcoming new album, the single's artwork features Moz dressed in a crisp white T-shirt and blue jeans, hanging out with a dog after writing some graffiti.

World Peace Is None of Your Business was recorded in France with Morrissey's touring band, including guitarists Boz Boorer and Jesse Tobias, bassist Solomon Walker, drummer Matthew Walker and keyboardist Gustavo Manzur. It was produced by Joe Chiccarelli, who has previously worked with Beck and the Strokes.

It's unclear when the new album will arrive, but the song "World Peace Is None of Your Business" is set to drop tomorrow (May 13).
