Mobb Deep member Prodigy may have released his The Ellsworth Bumpy Johnson EP in 2011, but it's been four years since he issued his last full-length, H.N.I.C. 2. Fittingly, the proper follow-up will be called H.N.I.C. 3, and it drops July 3 via Infamous Records.
On top of new verses from Prodigy, the album will feature guest spots from Mobb Deep buddy Havoc, T.I., Wiz Khalifa and more. On the production side of things, beats were provided by Alchemist, Beat Butcha, the Columbians, S.C. and Sid Roams, among others. You can check the tracklist below and the artwork up above.
H.N.I.C. 3 will arrive in standard and bonus editions, with each version getting its own artwork. The standard set will contain 16 new cuts, while the bonus edition will apparently feature four extra tracks and a DVD featuring a documentary.
In other news, Prodigy will be flexing his authoring skills again with a follow-up to his 2011 autobiography My Infamous Life: The Autobiography of Mobb Deep's Prodigy. The new book has yet to be titled or receive a street date, but it's expected to focus on Prodigy's three years spent behind bars over a gun possession wrap.
"This one is strictly and entirely about my experience in jail. I left that out of the first book on purpose, so I could put this out. It's basically my experience -- day by day -- like a diary joint, type of thing," he recently told XXL [via AllHipHop]. "You know, what was going on in there, what I experienced in there, and what I took out of it. Just the whole story. Only a few people will know what that's like, the people I met and how the COs (correction officers) were, just different things like that."
