Michael Feuerstack Heads Back Out on the Road for Canadian Tour, Shares New Video

BY Alex HudsonPublished Aug 26, 2013

Michael Feuerstack abandoned his longtime moniker Snailhouse for this year's Tambourine Death Bed, and now he's continuing under his given name as he heads out on another tour of Canada.

The outing spans much of September and October. In that time, Feuerstack will tour throughout Ontario and Quebec with Paper Beat Scissors before making his way west for shows in the Yukon and across the Prairies. See the schedule below.

In related news, Feuerstack has shared a performance video for the non-LP song "Wolves," which was released on a 7-inch single this past Record Store Day. The track was composed around the time the songwriter abandoned his Snailhouse pseudonym.

He said in a statement, "I think it has a special place in my heart because it rode through that change with me."

The clip shows an unaccompanied acoustic performance, although Colin Stetson's horns from the studio version are mixed in at the end. Scroll past the tour itinerary to watch it.
