Florida pop-punk trio Meet Me @ the Altar have announced plans for their debut EP with their new label home, Fueled by Ramen. Model Citizen is out on August 13, and the group have just shared their extensive tour plans in support of the record.

"We are SO incredibly excited about Model Citizen being our first major release on Fueled by Ramen — these are absolutely our best songs to date," the band shared in a statement.

They added: "Model Citizen was originally a different set of songs, but we decided to throw it all out just days before the EP was due because we knew we could write a more cohesive story with lots of energy. With a heavy easycore influence, we hope Model Citizen knocks everyone out of their seats!"

Meet Me @ the Altar will take Model Citizen on the road this August, supporting Coheed and Cambria and the Used on their co-headlining tour, then with nothing.nowhere and All Time Low on separate runs through October and November 2021. Along the way, Meet Me @ the Altar will hit Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver (on their run with All Time Low) before wrapping up in San Diego on November 12.

Today, Meet Me @ the Altar have also shared a new video for the record's "Feel a Thing." The single follows the release of their 2021 hit "Hit Like a Girl."

Meet Me @ the Altar's new EP marks their follow-up to 2019's Bigger Than Me.

The trio are the first band made up of all women of colour to join the roster at Fueled by Ramen.
