Tool recently confirmed the band's new album would finally be coming out this summer. They shared the firm release date of August 30 via their socials, but apparently that's still not enough for some Tool freaks, as frontman Maynard James Keenan has now addressed the skeptics.
This morning, Keenan took to Twitter, posting: "Every member of the band Tool: The new album is dropping August 30th 2019. Every Tool Fan: Is it though?"
He then capped this off with an image of Chris Hemsworth as Thor and a "Yes. #yesitis."

That said, the album — Tool's first since 2006's 10,000 Days — is still without a tracklist and cover art. Plus, we've yet to hear any studio recordings from the record. But as Keenan says, "The new album is dropping August 30th 2019."
