Maylee Todd and Woodhands frontman Dan Werb recently unveiled their debut single with their collaborative dance-pop project Ark Analog. Now, they've followed it up with another new track and booked a handful of tour dates.
The song is called "Was That It?" and it's a danceable electro-pop cut featuring '80s-esque synths and computerized hooks. Jeremy Greenspan of Junior Boys mixed and produced the track. Scroll to the bottom of the page to stream and/or download it.
As for the tour, it's a relatively modest one, as the band will make a handful of appearances in Quebec and Ontario in September. This includes a DJ set at the Toronto International Film Festival, plus a few shows with fellow electronic pop act Digits. Conveniently enough, Ark Analog's "Was That It?" will appear on a split 7-inch with Digits. You can pre-order the release here.
Tour dates:
09/08 Toronto, ON - Grolsch Open House (TFF DJ set)
09/12 Guelph, ON - TBA *
09/13 London, ON - Museum London (Steamwhistle Unsigned) *
09/14 Toronto, ON - Baltic Avenue *
09/20 Montreal, QC - Quai Des Brumes *
* with Digits
