Mac DeMarco Says "Fuck the Toronto Raptors" on New Song

It appears with "She's My Sweet" on the "Met Gala – Red Carpet 7 Inch"

Mac DeMarco has captured basketball fans' feelings pretty succinctly with a new song called "Fuck the Toronto Raptors."

It's a timely track given that the Raps were knocked out of the NBA playoffs last night (May 7) by LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers — though clearly the singer-songwriter didn't learn any lessons from Drake about profanity aimed at the court.

"Fuck the Toronto Raptors" isn't the only new material DeMarco has offered up, though. It's prefaced by another new cut called "She's My Sweet."

Both tracks are slinky, AutoTuned slow jams, and have been combined in a release that Mac dubs the "Met Gala – Red Carpet 7 Inch." Peter Sagar, Colin Caulfield and Caila Thompson (of Homeshake, DIIV and Mozart's Sister, respectively) play on both tunes.
